As a data-savvy Senior People Analyst at Flix, you can make an impact by enabling the organization to make better people decisions through high-quality data infrastructure, scalable reporting solutions, and actionable people insights.

• Own and manage the HR data architecture across systems, leveraging tools like FiveTran, custom SQL pipelines, and APIs to ensure centralized and reliable data availability in Snowflake, while maintaining scalable and well-structured data models
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Develop robust reporting layers in Power BI, translating raw data into intuitive and scalable dashboards for HR and leadership
• Automate recurring reporting needs and build self-service analytics tools to empower HR and business leaders
• Generate actionable people insights using predictive analytics techniques (e.g. turnover forecasting, engagement driver analysis) using Python or R
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in People Partnering, Leadership, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear data solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the employee data lifecycle
