He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Supporting the wider team and Business Partners, this is a true generalist role where you will be involved in day-to-day HR and ER support whilst also leading and delivering on People and Capability strategic projects and initiatives. This role will have a specialist element and will play a key role in implementing our People pillars and projects that impact the whole business. Here is what you could be involved with on any given day: Providing support to business leaders and Business Partners with ER cases Offering employment relations expertise, including keeping abreast of relevant legislation Providing insightful reporting on People metrics and using data to drive business improvement Contributing to, developing, and delivering on a People strategy aligned to the business needs and company plan Supporting talent management and succession objectives Driving our People calendar and our trackers Developing and contributing to a range of people solutions/projects that meet the changing needs of the business Delivering effective and reliable core People functions including cyclical activity such as remuneration, annual reviews, and engagement plans Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you We're looking for someone who loves building relationships and getting meaningful work done.
