eporting to the Head of People Services and Operations, you will be the senior member of a small coordinator team. You will manage employee lifecycle administration end to end and be a first point of contact for employees and leaders. You will produce people reporting from SuccessFactors and guide the P&C Coordinators day to day. As the function moves to shared services, you will support the rollout of new systems alongside SuccessFactors. This is a newly created role with real scope to make an impact on the transformation.
