Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Senior Generalist to join our team on a 12-month temporary contract who will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of assigned HR functions within the respective line of business/function/country. The accountability spans from implementing HR operational strategies, analyzing people information and leading HR processes to proactively engaging in employee relations, executing employee development activities, and managing & implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture The deployment of all these responsibilities requires strong competencies and experiences in: HR Administration / payroll/ labor laws Project Management, to support special project and organizational change What you do The Human Resources Senior Generalist acts as a gatekeeper for local regulations/labor laws, ensures timely reporting to functional HRBP Proactively resolve HR queries for transactional / admin and payroll related questions Demonstrates employee advocacy and develops a reputation as a neutral and approachable HR professional serving all employees Performs types of work that are legally required due to workers council agreements or country-specific regulations and ensures adherence to local HR policies and procedures Supports the mediation of difficult employee relations and provide support related to employee relations queries What you bring Several years of experience in an operational HR role or as an HR Business Partner in Poland. Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as good IT user knowledge, ideally in Abacus and SuccessFactors. Familiarity with data analytics and AI tools and methods to support decision-making, reporting, and automation of recurring HR tasks. Calm, pragmatic approach with a hands-on mentality. Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of hierarchy. High level of empathy and strong service orientation. Resilient, flexible, and capable of thinking in a networked manner.
