• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic P&C initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee and enhance P&C systems and practices to align with organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice and project leadership in workforce analytics, process optimisation, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across all P&C operations.
