For our People & Culture Department we are looking for a motivated

RELEVANT SKILLS

  • You have extensive People Partnering experience (5+ years) as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in high-growth, ideally tech scale-up environments.
  • You have proven experience in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • You have extensive knowledge of German Labour Law and employment practices, with practical experience navigating complex regulations both in Germany and globally.
  • You are skilled in partnering and empowering leaders, driving development and growth across global teams.
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership coaching skills.
  • You possess high emotional intelligence with expertise in change processes and conflict resolution.
  • Your English and German are excellent.
Responsibilities
  • You act as a strategic business partner & advisor for the Leadership in all relevant People topics (e.g. performance and talent management, compensation, leadership, change management) in a designated business area.
  • You understand business objectives and deliver people solutions that drive effectiveness and performance across the organization.
  • You identify areas for improvement and develop HR standards and processes accordingly.
  • You champion employee feedback initiatives, designing proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive and healthy workplace culture.
  • You support in developing people strategy that aligns with business objectives, partnering with the People & Culture team to support talent attraction, development and retention.
  • You drive organisational initiatives that enhance our sustainable international growth.
  • You promote a culture of belonging and inclusion that enhance the employee experience and reinforce our core values.
  • You drive teamwork on strategic topics and various People & Culture projects.
