Description
Company Description At AUTODOC, our vision is to become the leading tech ecosystem in the automotive industry, seamlessly connecting all facets of the automotive aftermarket. Founded in Berlin in 2008, we have rapidly grown into Europe’s leading online retailer for vehicle spare parts and accessories. Operating in 27 countries, our diverse team of over 5,500 people from 50 nations is at the heart of our innovation and transformation journey. We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels a strong sense of impact, purpose, and belonging—whether they are working in our offices, warehouses, or remotely. With our headquarters in Berlin, and several offices across Europe, we are driving towards our vision with a clear focus on leveraging technology to build a sustainable future for mobility. Join us as we accelerate towards becoming the leading tech ecosystem in the automotive world. Job Description About the role As AUTODOC continues to evolve from Europe’s leading online retailer into a comprehensive tech ecosystem, the health and performance of our internal organisation have never been more critical. We are currently in a phase of significant transformation, scaling our operations across 27 countries while refining our internal structures to support long-term, sustainable growth. To navigate this journey, we need dedicated experts who can bridge the gap between high-level business goals and the daily experience of our people. As such, we are hiring a Senior People and Business Performance Partner to serve as a high-impact strategic partner to our business unit leaders. In this role, you will be the primary architect of organisational health within your unit, translating our global people strategy into localized, actionable initiatives. You will spend your time monitoring key performance indicators like engagement and retention, coaching senior leaders on team dynamics, and driving the successful adoption of new mindsets and cultural practices that align with our core values. This is an exciting opportunity because you will be at the forefront of shaping the future culture of a European e-commerce scale-up. You won't just be "doing HR"; you will be a change champion who empowers leaders and ensures that our most valuable asset —our people— are positioned to succeed and grow in the company. If you are passionate about data-informed decision-making and want to see the direct impact of your work on business results, this is the place for you. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities to enable performance and long-term growth. Organizational Health & Culture: Monitor engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness to foster a culture of inclusion, growth, and shared accountability. Strategy Execution: Implement global people programs (performance, succession, engagement) at the business unit level, ensuring they are localized for maximum impact. Leadership Enablement: Coach and equip leaders with the expertise needed to navigate change, build resilient teams, and take ownership of team dynamics. Change Management: Drive organizational transformations by enabling the adoption of new structures and mindsets while minimizing business disruption. Employee Experience Advocacy: Surface feedback and insights throughout the employee lifecycle to continuously improve the inclusive and engaging environment at AUTODOC. Qualifications What you should bring: Strategic & Data-Informed Mindset: The ability to translate business priorities into actionable initiatives using people analytics and workforce trends to inform decisions. Leadership Influence: Proven experience advising and challenging senior leaders to build trust-based relationships while maintaining business alignment. Execution Excellence: A track record of owning the end-to-end delivery of complex programs with a focus on local adoption and consistency. Change Leadership: Resilience and the ability to guide teams through uncertainty, acting as a stabilizing force during periods of transformation. Inclusion & Cultural Stewardship: A deep commitment to promoting inclusive practices and identifying cultural risks or opportunities. Coaching Expertise: Strong capability in building leadership maturity and unlocking performance through professional coaching and capability building. Communication Skills: Confident and clear communication in English, with the ability to position people priorities in business terms across all levels of the company. Adaptability: A solution-oriented approach to challenges and a curiosity for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information What We Offer Impact & Growth: We are a fast-growing tech scale-up where your work directly influences the future of the automotive aftermarket. Flexibility: We support a modern work-life balance with flexible working hours and remote work options where possible. Development: Access to internal training programs, workshops, and clear career paths to help you reach your full potential. Culture: A diverse, international environment where "belonging" is a core value. Join us for regular team events and a collaborative atmosphere. Extras: Competitive salary packages, employee discounts on our vast range of products, 1 extra day of vacation to celebrate your birthday and modern office spaces designed for creativity and focus.
