A typical day of work for you might include: Acting as a trusted partner to Executive and Senior Business Leaders and translate organisational objectives to implement quality organisational and talent management initiatives Partnering with the business to deliver workforce initiatives to support their people strategies. Team culture reviews and recommendations and implementation support for success Demonstrating your facilitation skills to deliver strategically aligned workshops to a range of stakeholders. Delivering to an audience of senior executives. Strategic Workforce Planning and delivery of initiatives. Let’s talk about you! To be successful in this role you will possess a great blend of skills and experience, including: A customer-centric mindset and passion for community. Strong ethics and values that align to our customer service driven culture. Strong facilitation skills to deliver strategically aligned workshops. Strong decision-making skills as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You have a background or maybe even qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Design, or something similar and can draw from this experience as needed. You have experience, or the confidence needed, to articulately present complex information to stakeholders from across the business, including to an audience of senior executives.
