Reporting to our Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing a close strategic partnership with the managers of their business unit to achieve corporate objectives.
The partner will bring their expertise to managers to build motivated and high-performing teams. This person will ensure that best practices are in place in terms of performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. The partner positions themselves as a true change agent within their business unit.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusting relationship and a real strategic partnership with managers.
- Provide advisory support to internal managers on all HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, succession planning, etc.
- Examine and analyze organizational parameters, including employee experience data, to propose tailored solutions.
- Bring your expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts by contributing to various projects with strategic impact for the company.
- Ensure a thoughtful and systematic approach, clear documentation, and adequate follow-up.
