Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements. Drive talent development, learning and succession planning, supporting internal growth and career progression. Qualifications Strong HR / People & Culture background, ideally within hospitality or a service‑driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Passionate about people, culture and creating great place to work. Proficiency in spoken Thai is essentials.
