JOBBESCHREIBUNGJob Description
We’re Norton Rose Fulbright - a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide. We provide the world’s preeminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service. At Norton Rose Fulbright, our strategy and our culture are closely entwined. We know that our expansion will mean little unless it is underpinned by truly global collaboration and we understand that pioneering work only takes place when our people have room to move and think beyond boundaries. As well as the relevant skills and experience, we’re looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.
Shape the future of People & Culture at a global law firm.
At Norton Rose Fulbright, we’re committed to creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace where our people thrive. We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Manager to lead our People & Culture team in Germany and contribute to the broader EMEAPAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader to work in a strategic and collaborative role within a truly international environment.
As the Senior People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Partners and Business Services teams across our German offices in Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals, helping to deliver our People & Culture strategy while partnering closely with our regional and global Centres of Excellence (including Talent, Resourcing, Reward, Employee Relations, L&D and more).
You will report to the Head of People & Culture - Europe and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer for Germany to help shape the people agenda for the region.
