We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented individual to join our People Experience / Talent Management team. In this role, you will support and execute core talent and culture programs that shape the employee experience across the company. You will work closely with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders to deliver programs such as performance management, talent reviews, engagement, and culture initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our talent practices are consistent, scalable, and aligned to the Sinch way. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of talent programs end to end across a global platform (performance cycles, talent reviews, engagement surveys) Educate managers and employees on performance management best practices and |effective coaching. Analyze data to identify trends, ensure consistency, and recommend enhancements to drive higher employee engagement and productivity. Collaborate with the People Technology team to design and implement system enhancements that streamline the performance review cycle and improve the user experience. Integrate inclusion principles into all talent management and culture processes. Coordinate and execute culture and values-based initiatives Partner with HRBPs to ensure effective rollout and adoption of programs Track participation, outcomes, and key metrics Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data Requirements: Experience/Education: 5+ years of experience in global companies with large areas of complexity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience.
