Senior People Experience Partner at BairesDev
We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to drive cultural transformation in our global, remote-first environment. As a PeopleX Partner, you’ll shape our workplace for the future while working with top-tier professionals, tackling both daily challenges and complex strategic initiatives.

By collaborating with centers of excellence and visionary leaders, you’ll transform strategy into action, fostering a people-first culture that drives high-performance teams, client value creation, and inclusion. What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly meetings with business area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs to sync on business needs and talent management.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
• Collaborate with HR departments to develop and implement people programs.
• Analyze people metrics and trends to develop effective solutions.
• Drive performance management processes across all cycles.
• Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Partner with centers of excellence to implement organizational changes.
• Design and execute strategic talent management programs.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.
• Strong background in HRBP functions.
• Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven track record working with C-Level executives.
• Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile framework (Plus).
• Experience supporting US employees (Plus).
• Advanced level of English.
