Responsibilities

The Senior People Insights Analyst is a key contributor to the People Insights team, responsible for leveraging data analytics and advanced technologies to enhance HR decision-making and support business objectives. Our People Insights team is part of the HR Management team pillar of Workforce Shaping & People Insights, combining the capabilities of organization design, re-organization execution, people analytics and strategic workforce planning.
This role combines technical expertise in data analytics (including working with tools like Workday Reporting, PRISM, People Analytics, Discovery Boards, Tableau, and Google BigQuer) with a strong people-focused, consultative approach, working directly with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to provide actionable insights that drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will often collaborate with the various team members of the Workforce Shaping & People Insights HRMT pillar. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • People Partnering & Consultation: Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners and department leaders, building data-driven narratives and insights relevant to both the organization’s priorities and our HR strategies. Topics range but are not restricted to talent acquisition, employee performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Report and Dashboard development: Independently assess needs, develop, prepare, and continuously improve HR reports, dashboards and analytics to bring to the surface a variety of HR Metrics and KPIs to facilitate effective decision making utilizing a Workday-first approach. Our existing enterprise toolset is Workday Reporting, Discovery Boards and People analytics, Tableau
  • Data Extraction: Independently assess incoming data streams, utilizing Workday Prism and Google BigQuery to extract and manipulate HR and talent data for analysis.
  • Advanced experience in statistical analysis: Work with other analysts, data scientists and experts in organization design, re-organization execution and strategic workforce planning to identify and apply advanced analytical/statistical techniques to various problems such as forecasting employee turnover, performance, and other key HR metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in data storytelling, analytics, and data visualization techniques to enhance storytelling capabilities continually. Your mindset will be key to both assess and improve on the current business processes and overall ways of working
  • Prioritisation: We are in dynamic company in a competitive industry. As a result, you are expected to persevere through continuous change and reprioritize effectively
