Job Title: Senior People Knowledge Coordinator Requisition ID: R027052 Job Description: Job Title: Senior People Knowledge Coordinator Reporting To: Manager, People Experience Digital Transformation Department: Human Resources – People Experience Location: Santa Monica (Remote and hybrid work possible) Your Mission We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Coordinator to join our People Experience (PEx) Transformation team to provide global HR knowledge support in ServiceNow. This role is critical to executing an AI-first HR delivery model ensuring the quality of knowledge is optimized for AI tools to ingest and provide quality responses to prompts. You will support the HR organization with knowledge life cycle management: creation, maintenance, governance, and optimization of HR knowledge articles in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on content quality and AI readiness. A key focus of this role is ensuring content quality, enabling accurate, searchable, and reliable employee self-service experiences globally. The role spans all aspects of the knowledge lifecycle, from content intake and creation to audits, optimization to onboarding of new knowledge authors. This role is remote. What you bring to the table Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HR knowledge articles in ServiceNow, including intake, creation, review, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement Partner with HR stakeholders to translate complex HR policies and processes into clear, employee‑friendly knowledge Ensure knowledge remains current, accurate, and aligned with evolving HR processes and programs Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and non-HR partners (i.e. Payroll) to identify requirements for HR knowledge content creation Design, structure, and publish HR knowledge articles in ServiceNow, coordinating reviews and final signoff with CoEs Ensure HR knowledge articles are clearly written, well structured, accurate, and appropriate for the specific audience (business/geographic, etc.) Conduct regular weekly and monthly audits of HR knowledge content to: Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with knowledge standards Ensure article ownership is current, reassigning authors when individuals leave or change roles Partner with authors to extend, update, or retire content in a timely manner Optimize HR knowledge content to improve searchability, relevance, and performance within AI SupportBot, including: Updating article structure, format and content Testing content effectiveness and making iterative improvements Coordinate onboarding of new HR knowledge authors, including access provisioning, training, and ongoing support Provide knowledge management support for projects led or supported by the PEx Transformation team Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience working with ServiceNow knowledge management applications Familiarity with AI-assisted search and chatbot content optimization Experience working within a large, complex global organization General knowledge of HR within a modern, AI-enabled operating model Ability to work cross-functionally across HR teams (e.g., Payroll, Finance, Legal), who are key stakeholders in building exceptional employee experience 8+ years in HR project support or administrative delivery role Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain large volumes of HR knowledge content Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR teams and stakeholders Ability to work with long‑form content and creatively structure information in a clear, concise, and user‑friendly way for end users Proven ability to follow through and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure knowledge is accurate, up to date, and maintained at a high standard Proactive, self‑driven problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for content quality Demonstrates integrity, humility, and resilience; takes ownership of outcomes and learns from mistakes Extra Points Experience working in a unionized environment Experience in a fast-paced tech or entertainment industry Our World Activision Blizzard, Inc., is one of the world's largest and most successful interactive entertainment companies and is at the intersection of media, technology and entertainment. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
