Responsibilities
  • Overseeing HR operations and compliance audits across Germany and EU regions, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing audit strategies to assess and enhance compliance with labor laws, payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
  • Leading the end-to-end management of payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Generating comprehensive payroll and compliance reports to aid in strategic decision-making and financial analysis.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues related to legal disputes, and compliance breaches.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Demonstrating expertise in EU employment law, global mobility, payroll compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Creating, optimizing, and maintaining documentation and operational procedures related to HR compliance and mobility.
  • Leveraging data analytics and employee feedback to continuously improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
  • Proactively identifying potential HR issues and implementing preventative measures.
  • Serving as the liaison with local labor authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
