As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will be the strategic driver of our People Ops efforts at the Rangsdorf Fulfillment Center. You will lead local HR operations, guide a small team, and act as a key partner to Stakeholders in the Fulfillment Center in supporting and scaling our on-site workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop our small People Operations team of 2 people and one intern, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the escalation point for all employee relations and operational HR matters.
  • Own payroll coordination, compensation changes, and benefits administration in partnership with Finance.
  • Oversee the entire Employee Lifecycle, including:
  • Onboarding and offboarding strategies and execution
  • Contract management, role changes, probation oversight, and exits
  • Ensuring accurate and timely updates in Personio and Shyftplan
  • Ensure HR compliance with data regulations (GDPR) and labor laws.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to improve workforce management systems and employee experience.
  • Drive process improvements and help scale People Ops infrastructure as we grow.
