As part of the People Operations team, you will collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues to deliver high-quality support to our employees and streamline business workflows worldwide. We are looking for a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information within a rapidly evolving organization. Job Responsibilities: Ensure efficient HR operations and project delivery according to policies and standards. Take ownership of solutions, including general inquiries and policy explanations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with SLA targets. Manage HRIS tasks efficiently. Guarantee operational compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Provide expert input and support to local and global people partners, including system guidance, policies, and services. Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, including involvement in specific projects. Maintain and timely update workflow documents as a process owner. Collaborate closely with People Partners and other stakeholders to continuously enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders. What you bring: 1-4 years of experience, preferably with a fast-growing tech startup, financial services, Shared Services, and/or experience in a high-growth environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and occasional overtime during events. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Data-driven mind is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
