Job Description
As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing essential employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth People Operations across our growing team. You’ll work closely with HR, Legal, and Government Relations teams to manage contracts, visas, and compliance, while fostering a high-performance and people-first culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or digital company.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, visa processes, and GR regulations.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English – both spoken and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle documentation including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle visa processes, renewals, and government portals in collaboration with PROs and legal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with Government Relations (GR) departments to maintain seamless employee and business operations.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, records, and trackers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the People team in audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, and operational processes.
