REQUIREMENT LIST Bachelor's degree in related fields, Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Partner, A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Top-notch communication skills in English/Turkish, Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability. Qualifications To be the first point of contact for the employees’ HR related requests for the responsible domain, To work alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects, Identify the development areas within the employee experience and give insights for developing solutions and implementing projects aiming to increase employee engagement, Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations, Work closely with leaders to analyze, anticipate and outline present and future organizational capabilities, Following up HR budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s Additional Information Your rights arising from the processing of your personal data, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of personal data.
