JOB PURPOSE

We’re not your typical HR consultancy. We work closely with small, founder-led businesses across London and the surrounding counties, offering hands-on, commercially-minded HR support. Our clients see us as part of their team, as we roll up our sleeves to deliver impact – not just advice.
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract to start, with the potential to extend or become a permanent role. You’ll be joining a collaborative, experienced team and will play a key role in supporting clients with everything from day-to-day queries to complex change programmes.
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR Business Partner or Head of HR who is confident across the full employee lifecycle and has experience managing challenging stakeholders and delivering change.
We also work with freelance HR Consultants, so if you’re looking for contract work instead, see our contractor advert for details.

  • Leading on complex people issues, including disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, TUPE and change
  • Coordinating our internal team resources to support the delivery of BAU HR requirements such as recruitment, onboarding and probation processes
  • Implementing and improving people systems, documents and workflows
  • Coaching managers and supporting culture development
  • Designing and delivering HR training where needed

Client relationship management

  • Acting as the Account Lead for a group of retained clients
  • Carrying out regular service reviews to check we’re delivering what we promised

  • Responding to inbound new business enquiries when required
