• Drive and engage in a variation of key priorities applying your People Partner skills and toolbox across ELT areas, collaborating with partner colleagues, business leaders, and COE teams.
• Make your People Partner capabilities a strategic value to how we shape and deploy PPC priorities across COE and ELT area activities, being both hands-on and as coaching and input giver.
• Leverage your People Partner experience to be able to onboard fast into a variety of business areas and business LTs stepping in as interim short-term strategic partner when critical needs arise to maintain momentum on key business priorities.
• Operate with autonomy within our agreed priorities, and keep encouraging innovation and practice learning from experience as we keep evolving, scaling and refining the flexible partner concept
