Our work is dynamic and rewarding – you’ll feel really connected to the mission of the organisation through your work.’ Paula Parry, Head of People Partnering SVHM Key Responsibilities Primary day to day accountabilities for this Senior appointment includes: Provide professional human resource services that is consistent with St Vincent’s people and culture strategy Act as expert advisor to the business in the application of P&C/HR policies and procedures in compliance with awards, agreements, accreditation standards and legislation Collaborate with the People & Culture Employee Experience team, facilitating delivery and implementation of P&C programs such as the Staff Engagement Survey and local Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives Engage and broker services from the broader People & Culture team to ensure a positive employee experience Drive a people and performance-focused culture by providing accurate, relevant advice and guidance in all aspects of People & Culture including Employee/Industrial Relations and Organisational Development Advise and assist with employee relations matters including supporting managers with performance and conduct matters, management of grievances and complaints, and undertaking investigations This is an exciting time to join St Vincent’s with an increased focus on research capability and our commitment to cutting-edge medical innovation and person-centred care, both within the hospital and at home.
