We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team and work closely with leaders across our St Vincent’s Care at Home programs. Operating with an innovative mindset inside one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit health organisations, you will be a trusted advisor, helping leaders build high‑performing, engaged teams, navigating the full spectrum of people and culture priorities. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C support across workforce planning, organisational design, performance and culture. Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters, including performance and conduct case management and investigations. Support organisational change initiatives and help shape a people‑centred approach to transformation. Collaborate with specialist P&C teams to deliver seamless employee experiences, including onboarding, development, engagement and DEI initiatives. Analyse workforce metrics to inform strategy, support operational excellence and drive evidence‑based decision‑making. Support leaders to build capability, drive performance and foster a positive culture. Things that work for us: Demonstrated experience in a People Partnering role within a complex environment. Strong understanding of employment and industrial relations and confidence advising leaders on sensitive people matters. Exceptional communication skills and a relationship building style enabling you to influence, collaborate and coach key stakeholders on people & culture best practice. A mindset of continuous improvement, curiosity and adaptability. Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field. Experience in health, community, virtual care or aged care environments or a background in not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations is desirable. Digital literacy and comfort with virtual care technologies and experience supporting hybrid and remote teams.
