Responsibilities
  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with HR Tech, IT, Finance and others to design, build and deploy scalable technology solutions, especially leveraging Workday and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Lead and hands-on build solutions that enhance productivity, employee and leaders’ experience and decision making, using tools such as Notion, Google Cloud and Workspace, Zapier (or similar), AI Gemini applications, and more.
  • Design intuitive, agile, and employee-centric future state processes using lean and design thinking principles, and translate these into actionable roadmaps and SOPs.
  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with HR Tech, IT, Finance and others to design, build and deploy scalable technology solutions, especially leveraging Workday and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs across People products and processes, creating dashboards and reports to inform decision-making and assess transformation outcomes.
  • Drive change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, partnering closely with stakeholders across the People team and wider business.
  • Champion continuous improvement frameworks and agile methodologies to foster a culture of innovation and process ownership within the People team.
