About the role We are looking for a curious, forward-thinking Senior People Systems Analyst with Workday experience to join our People Systems team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the People Systems Lead, you’ll play a key role in transforming how we use data from our HRIS (Workday) to drive smarter decision-making across the business and the People Team. We’re seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of people and technology – a professional who’s passionate about Workday’s reporting capabilities and excited to explore dashboards, hubs, and discovery boards to continuously improve how data is delivered, accessed, and used. Key responsibilities People reporting enablement (initial focus) Review current people reporting processes and outputs from Workday, supported by the People Systems Lead. Design and deliver dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insights. Translate raw data into meaningful stories that inform both strategic and operational decisions. Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver reporting solutions that are practical and fit for purpose. Build capability within the People Team to self-serve and interpret people metrics. Broader analysis & support Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. Analyse performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation. Maintain documentation, process maps, and governance frameworks. Assist with change management and training for system updates. About you Solid hands-on experience with Workday is a must, particularly in reporting: calculated fields, advanced and composite reports, dashboards, and discovery boards. A strong grasp of Workday’s data structures, reporting security, and HRIS best practices. The ability to translate business needs into intuitive, system-based solutions. Experience in systems analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for using data to drive better outcomes. Proven skill in turning complex data into compelling insights and visualisations. Familiarity with data governance and change management.
