JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior PeopleSoft Application Developer, you will assist with project leadership for the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of the SWIFT Oracle/PeopleSoft Financial Management (FMS) System. Assist with leadership for feasibility studies, system designs, implementation, and enhancement of the FMS System. Provide technical guidance, advice and assistance to state technical staff, state functional staff, and others as needed. Perform advanced developer duties including system design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting. Provide expertise to other technical or functional groups as needed. (SEMA4/ELM, EPM, etc.). This position serves as a lead worker or mentor to ITS1-3, outside contract staff and other project participants.
This is a Remote Worker position, where the employees home address shall serve as their official work location and must be located within the continental United States. Remote work is a condition of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Position requires a minimum of four (4) years of IT related experience in an information technology role with primary responsibility for advanced application development using PeopleSoft technologies.

Experience must include:

  • Oracle/PeopleSoft FMS/FSCM9.2 software development and support
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft application development tools, i.e., PeopleTools 8.60

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders
  • Advanced level work experience with PeopleSoft FSCM9.2, PeopleTools 8.60, Fluid, and BI Publisher
  • Experience with version control/migration tools for PeopleSoft such as Phire/MTK/Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with batch job scheduling tools for PeopleSoft such as AppWorx
  • Creativity in developing resourceful solutions to deal with constantly changing information technologies
  • Demonstrated experience as a PeopleSoft application development lead, or team lead
  • Public Sector experience
