Join a dynamic, innovative team that’s shaping the future of digital commerce across the region. Job Responsibilities & Duties: Manage ecommerce accounts independently. Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives. Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies. Analyze and interpret advanced performance metrics and marketing funnels. Create strategic plans including content, media, pricing, and financial direction. Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Facilitate and lead client meetings, presenting strategic insights and performance reviews. Monitor market trends, competitive actions, and adapt plans accordingly. Foster high client satisfaction and maintain strong long-term relationships. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all client communications and reports. Proactively identify issues and resolve them efficiently without escalations. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant. 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably experience as a Senior Account Manager role. Digital agency background is a Must. Has knowledge of performance marketing and SEO. Solid technical background with ROAS, Performance Marketing, Media Buying. Dealing with different dashboards (Meta - GA4 - Google ADS - Snap chat) is preferred. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems and project management platforms. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Communication and team management skills.
