Job Description Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Analysis Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide regular reports and dashboards for the CEO and leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. Data-Driven Decision Making Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Support in setting targets and benchmarks for various business units. Strategic Support & Insights Assist in business reviews, board presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights. Conduct deep dives into operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations. Benchmark company performance against industry trends and competitors. Project & Initiative Support Support the CEO Office in driving strategic projects and special initiatives. Work with different departments to implement performance improvement plans. Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
