MŌ TE TŪNGA | ABOUT THE ROLE

Tamaki Makaurau is the identity for the three Police Districts in Auckland. It represents the intent to draw together the collective capability of these districts, together with other Police groups that operate across Tamaki Makaurau. The Performance Group supports the service delivery of these Districts and groups by providing key information and analysis at regular intervals that supports decision making and provides direction. In addition, the Performance Group also plays a vital role in relation to information management as well as project support, both of which are important aspects of the role.
This is a rewarding position that will research, develop, and maintain an overview of the performance environment, construct and develop information products and services, and provide internal and external reporting and communication that support Police strategies and improve performance. This position works alongside two other analysts and reports to the Performance Manager.
