About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Performance Analyst to strengthen the Revenue team’s performance management capabilities. This role will support revenue forecasting, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking across the commercial organization, ensuring full visibility and accountability for quarterly delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, GTM, and Data teams to refine merchant-level forecasting models, translate insights into action, and help shape how performance is measured and reported across Tamara. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and continuously improve sales forecasting models at different levels. Develop performance dashboards in collaboration with the Data team to track revenue KPIs and sales outcomes. Lead quarterly KPI tracking and variance analysis; highlight risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Support the rollout of new performance frameworks aligned with company-wide OKRs. Partner with the Revenue leadership team to enhance forecasting accuracy and performance transparency. Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM and Strategy on identifying performance levers, commercial opportunities, and reporting enhancements. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in analytics, performance management, or commercial finance. Solid understanding of business KPIs, forecasting principles, and performance measurement frameworks. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. Comfortable working with large data sets, building logic-based models, and extracting actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear narratives. Nice to Have Experience working in fintech, payments, management consulting or fast-paced tech environments. Exposure to market research or growth analytics (e.g., market sizing, benchmarking, or GTM insights). Familiarity with tools like Tableau and Salesforce. What Success Looks Like Within your first 3–6 months, you will: Own the forecasting engine and performance dashboards for the Revenue team. Establish clear KPI tracking routines across all commercial tiers. Deliver actionable insights that improve forecast accuracy and inform GTM decisions.
