ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an analytical and hands-on Senior Performance & CRM Manager to drive our digital growth engine. This key role sits within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for leading our performance marketing strategy across paid channels while also building sophisticated CRM journeys to nurture leads and increase conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable scaling Meta/Google campaigns as they are building lifecycle strategies, user segments, and email/retargeting flows. You’ll work closely with our analyst, comms, and design teams to orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys that fuel acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
