Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Ads Creative Strategist to lead the production of direct-response-style video ads that drive real results. This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone with a direct response background, a sharp eye for persuasive storytelling, and the skills to turn insights into high-performing creatives. You’ll collaborate with creators, source new talent, write winning scripts, and optimize creative systems from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • WRITE HIGH-CONVERTING VIDEO SCRIPTSCraft direct response-style scripts with strong hooks, persuasive copy, and clear CTAs.
  • CREATE BRIEFS FOR CREATORS & DESIGNERSDevelop clear and strategic briefs that align with brand tone, platform needs, and performance goals.
  • SOURCE, NEGOTIATE & COLLABORATE WITH UGC CREATORSFind new talent, handle onboarding and communication, and ensure timely content delivery.
  • STORYBOARD AND CONCEPTUALIZE CREATIVESTranslate ideas into visual flows and collaborate with editors to bring concepts to life.
  • ANALYZE PERFORMANCE & DEVELOP ITERATIONSUse insights from Meta, Snapchat, Applovin, and YouTube to analyze winning ads and create new iterations.
  • PITCH NEW CREATIVE IDEAS WEEKLYLead ideation for fresh hooks, formats, and ad angles to test regularly.
  • IMPLEMENT CREATIVE SYSTEMS & USE AI TOOLSStreamline workflows, boost productivity with AI, and scale creative output efficiently.
