Responsibilities

As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing tracking, metrics tracking
  • Acting as responsible for headcount and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making
  • Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes
  • Viewing internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline
  • Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space.
  • Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Degree Educated or demonstrated equivalent expertise gained in a professional technical environment such as Drilling, Completions etc.
  • Prior experience in Operations and improvement of Process.
  • Have established project management skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Able to work with analytical date and put together case study and solutions
