From the London Eye to Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor and more, Merlin Entertainments is home to some of the UK’s best-loved days out. We’re now looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in London and take ownership of paid campaigns that drive guests through our doors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident managing campaigns across channels like Google and Meta, and who has some experience leading others, or is ready to take on more responsibility in this area. You’ll manage a small team of specialists, guide our external media agency, and make data-led decisions that have a clear, measurable impact on our attractions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working on paid digital campaigns, ideally hands-on with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Some experience leading others — whether managing a small team or guiding agency partners.
  • Confidence using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and presenting insights clearly.
  • Someone who enjoys balancing big-picture planning with hands-on optimisation.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for helping others develop.
Responsibilities
  • Planning and running paid digital campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic channels.
  • Managing budgets, making sure spend is used effectively to maximise return.
  • Monitoring live campaigns and making optimisations to improve performance.
  • Testing new ideas and channels to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Analysing results and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Working closely with our media agency to deliver campaigns to a high standard.
  • Partnering with attraction marketing teams and colleagues in SEO, content, and organic social to ensure joined-up activity.
  • Supporting, coaching and developing a small team of performance marketing specialists.
