With a fully remote setup and a culture centered on ownership, innovation, and speed, this role provides strong autonomy and meaningful impact. \n Accountabilities: Lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and native advertising platforms. Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including budget allocation, optimization strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing. Analyze key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV to drive data-informed growth decisions. Build and optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user engagement. Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and testing frameworks. Conduct rapid experimentation across creatives, audiences, placements, and new acquisition channels to identify scalable opportunities. Maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance tracking processes to support strategic planning. Establish scalable workflows, automation systems, SOPs, and campaign playbooks to improve operational efficiency. Develop strong relationships with advertising partners and stay informed on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging market trends. Requirements: 4 to 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing roles. Proven experience managing monthly paid media budgets ranging from $300K to over $1M. Strong expertise with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads, or native traffic networks. Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4, Voluum, tracking systems, dashboards, and attribution tools. Demonstrated ability to optimize funnels, landing pages, and campaign performance through data-driven experimentation. Strong creative thinking skills with experience developing ad concepts, hooks, briefs, and iterative testing strategies. Familiarity with CAC/LTV models and subscription-based business metrics is considered a strong advantage. Experience working in fast-paced digital environments, ideally within high-growth technology or consumer-focused companies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with full professional fluency in English. Highly execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and attention to performance optimization.
