EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in performance marketing or online advertising, with an emphasis in Google Ads
  • Advanced MS Excel data analysis skills
  • Basic skills and experience with SQL
  • Proven track record of delivering quality work on time
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a broad set of experts from other teams
  • The drive to create impact and get recognized by leadership for your contributions
    The total cash range for this position in Seattle and Austin is $82,500 to $115,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Direct spending decisions through analysis of travel search and booking trends
  • Develop insights into travel demand and form short- and long-term strategy to turbo charge the business
  • Collaborate with data scientists and operations specialists to develop and implement solutions to important business issues
  • Report on performance trends to partners and leadership, offering insights that bring clarity to complicated issues
  • Design tests that improve spending decisions, make operations more efficient, and help the organization reach its goals
  • Work with partners at Google to promote our goals
