The Opportunity As a Senior Media Buying Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-performing global campaigns across 14+ paid media platforms. You’ll help elevate our client strategy, deliver measurable results, and contribute to the digital presence of some of the world’s most exciting luxury and travel brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in analytical challenges, loves testing ideas, and wants to grow fast in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for global clients. • Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and emerging platforms. • Define target audience personas, map behaviors, and tailor campaigns to drive impact. • Measure and report campaign performance against objectives and KPIs. • Identify trends and insights to inform optimization and budget adjustments. • Collaborate with Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns backed by data. • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic improvements. What You Bring Must-Haves: • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital planning & buying within media agencies. • Strong understanding of digital media channels, tools, and cross-channel interactions. • Confidence in managing budgets, analyzing performance, and responding to trends. • Curiosity about the latest digital trends and how to apply them to client strategies. • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in multicultural, partly remote environments. • A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
