Description
About Roveir & Roveia Health Roveir is a growth marketing partner for tech companies, startups, and DTC brands. Founded by alumni from Facebook and Tesla, we specialize in scaling paid customer acquisition through performance-driven advertising and conversion-optimized systems. Roveia Health is our specialized growth division focused on telehealth, health & wellness, and digital health brands — helping companies in the GLP-1, supplements, and patient acquisition space scale through performance marketing. Across both brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok — serving clients from early-stage startups to 8-figure consumer brands. Fully remote. Globally distributed. Built for growth that drives real outcomes. The Role We're hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition strategy and execution across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts. This is a senior, multi-channel role. You're not a specialist on one platform — you run Meta and Google as your core channels and you're comfortable across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when the account calls for it. You'll own performance across your accounts end-to-end: strategy, structure, optimization, testing, and reporting. You'll work closely with creative teams, account managers, and the founder to drive measurable results for clients. Agency experience is non-negotiable. You've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously, you know how to context-switch, and you understand what it means to be accountable to client outcomes — not just platform metrics. What You'll Own Campaign Ownership Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads as primary channels Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience structures, and creative rotations across multiple accounts Own campaign performance from setup through scale — not just execution from a brief Multi-Channel Execution Run Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), Google (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), and support on LinkedIn and TikTok where relevant Adapt strategy and structure to each channel's strengths and each client's funnel Ensure tracking integrity across platforms — pixels, GA4, GTM, and conversion events Testing & Optimization Lead creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and creative teams Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures Monitor daily performance and proactively optimize — don't wait to be asked Strategy & Reporting Develop account-level paid media strategy aligned to client goals — CAC, ROAS, pipeline, revenue Deliver clear performance reporting with insights and forward-looking recommendations Identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and risks across accounts Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Marketing Account Managers as the senior performance expert on client accounts Brief creative teams on what's working, what to test, and what assets are needed Contribute to client strategy calls with data-backed recommendations Mentor and support junior media buyers on execution standards and best practices What We're Looking For Must-Haves 4–7+ years of hands-on paid media experience Agency background is required — you've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously and can operate in that environment Strong command of both Meta Ads and Google Ads — this is a multi-channel role, not a single-platform specialist position Experience running campaigns across multiple verticals such as tech, SaaS, eCommerce, or health Deep understanding of funnel strategy, conversion optimization, and performance drivers Comfortable owning strategy, not just executing from someone else's brief Strong communicator — you can explain performance clearly to clients and internal teams Data-driven, detail-oriented, and self-directed Strong Signals Has managed $100K–$1M+ in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts Has led creative testing and briefing processes, not just deployed assets Experience in telehealth, health & wellness, B2B SaaS, or DTC — especially high-consideration funnels Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution reporting Has held a senior or lead role at a previous agency and can demonstrate account ownership at that level You're Not the Right Fit If: You've only ever managed one channel You need heavy direction to build a campaign strategy You've never managed more than one or two accounts at a time You treat reporting as pulling numbers rather than telling a performance story Nice to Have Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube as a primary channel Familiarity with CRO, landing page testing, and experimentation frameworks Experience with UGC creative workflows and performance creative strategy Exposure to patient acquisition, telehealth, or regulated health verticals What We Offer $75,000 – $100,000 CAD annually, based on experience Fully remote, globally distributed team Ownership over high-spend, high-growth client accounts across two brands Direct collaboration with creative leads, account managers, and the founder Long-term growth path into Head of Performance or channel leadership Work closely with operators and alumni from Facebook and Tesla Hiring Process Application Review — We'll review your background and account experience First Interview — Intro call covering your experience, channel depth, and agency background Second Interview — Deeper conversation with a senior team member or the CEO Practical Screen — Walk us through a real account you've managed: strategy, structure, results, and what you'd do differently Apply now and help us scale great companies through performance-driven marketing.
