JOB OVERVIEW:
Alba Corporation is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other ad networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing ad performance, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and audience targeting strategies.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale high-performing campaigns.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities:
Manage & optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to maintain strong performance metrics.
Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign health, ensuring cost efficiency and lead quality.
Develop and execute new campaign strategies, including A/B testing and creative optimization.
Conduct market & competitor research to identify trends and improve targeting.
Ensure seamless tracking & reporting, using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Implement remarketing strategies across multiple platforms to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with sales & creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Audit campaign workflows to ensure proper lead flow and response times.
Proactively troubleshoot & improve underperforming campaigns.
