Description

Your Role At Neuraum, you’ll take full ownership of our paid social strategy and lead the expansion into display performance channels. Owning a significant share of our paid budget, you’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale what works. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Paid Social: Lead our core social ad strategy on Meta with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition user experience. Build Display & Native: Launch, scale, and optimize new display and native channels for both prospecting and retargeting. Explore & Expand: Identify, develop, test, and integrate new high-potential performance channels into our acquisition strategy. Optimize End-to-End: You'll plan, monitor, and optimize KPIs across the entire user funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion to handover. Collaborate & Influence: Work with marketing, product, and leadership to drive data-driven growth projects with company-wide impact. Strategic Leadership Involvement: You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, gaining full transparency into company strategy and leading high-impact projects.
