Description:
Your Role
At Neuraum, you’ll drive growth by owning performance marketing channels end-to-end, and testing new strategies to optimize results. If you’re passionate about performance marketing and love data-driven challenges, this is your role!
What You’ll Need
- Experience. You have worked as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position, bring experience as Event-, Hospitality- or Office-Manager or have somehow proven your organizational talent in another environment.
- Organization skills. You have excellent organizational skills to keep tabs on all calendars, live projects and to-do’s. You constantly learn and embrace context switching and change in your job description.
- Communication skills. You’re fluent in English and German ( >C1) to comfortably communicate with everybody in and outside of Neuraum.
- Service Orientation. You have a customer service mindset and the willingness to support where needed. You ensure that the management and the team are equipped with the tools and resources to do their job.
- Digital Workspace. You worked with the Google-Suite or Office 365 and feel comfortable with online tools for research, bookings, payments etc.
- Positive mind and spirit. We’re a friendly and fun team, looking for like-minded people: Low ego and the ability to laugh at oneself while making others feel appreciated
Responsibilities:
- Paid Social Ownership: You will own our existing Meta campaigns and elevate our Paid Social strategy by exploring and testing new channels.
- Display Channel Development: You will launch and optimize Display as a new marketing channel, driving performance in both prospecting and retargeting.
- Additional Channel Exploration: You will prioritize and test potential new channels and build them for long-term integration upon success.
- End-to-End Optimization: You’ll plan, monitor, and optimize KPIs across the entire user funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion to handover.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Marketing and other departments to deepen our data-driven understanding of users and performance.
- Strategic Leadership Involvement: You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team, gaining full transparency into company strategy and leading high-impact projects.
