• As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, you will oversee both the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing performance.
• You’ll generate insights by gaining a deep understanding of our marketing channels, products, and customers across key and growth markets, focusing on maximizing marketing efficiency.
• You will conduct data analysis on cross-channel performance and in-house attribution data, identifying fluctuations and developing optimization and testing plans.
• You will collaborate closely with Country Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communication, and Data teams, leading cross-team projects and using your performance marketing expertise to drive growth strategies.
• You’ll analyze the success of key markets to establish and share global best practices.
