Description
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of inbound demand reliability and marketing’s business impact at Sentrycs. This role is not about generating high volumes of leads. It is about ensuring high-quality inbound opportunities are captured, qualified, tracked, and clearly connected to business outcomes, while making Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue visible, credible, and trusted by top management. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will operate at the intersection of digital demand, CRM, analytics, and executive reporting, within a small, high-impact team. Responsibilities: Inbound Demand Ownership Ensure no high-quality inbound lead is missed, delayed, or mishandled Design, audit, and continuously improve lead capture, qualification, routing, and handoff Identify and fix systemic funnel weaknesses, not just optimize conversion rates Marketing Impact & Executive Visibility Define and own marketing performance metrics tied to pipeline and revenue Build and maintain dashboards that leadership can rely on for decision-making Deliver clear, concise, executive-ready marketing performance updates on a recurring basis SEO, GEO & AI Search Visibility Own SEO and AI-driven search visibility as a strategic inbound channel Focus on high-intent discovery, not traffic for traffic’s sake Structure content and digital assets for discoverability, credibility, and conversion Marketing Infrastructure & Enablement Own HubSpot workflows and marketing-to-sales integration Maintain clean, scalable systems that support growth and reporting Enable the broader Marketing team with data, insights, and performance transparency Inform Content Strategy Shape demand-generation content strategy in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Product Marketing. Translate search intent and user behavior into high-impact content themes and landing experiences. Guide content structure to support SEO, AI search visibility, and conversion performance. Requirements 10+ years of experience in senior performance or digital marketing roles Native English speaker, written and verbal Proven ownership of inbound funnels, not just channels Hands-on mastery of HubSpot, SEO, and analytics (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio) Experience presenting marketing performance to senior leadership Strong business judgment, autonomy, and accountability mindset Advantage: Experience in B2G, Defense, or complex B2B environments Background combining strategy, systems, and execution
