We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our core user acquisition channels. This is a critical, hands-on role for an expert with a proven track record of managing significant budgets and running high-impact marketing processes. You will be instrumental in scaling our user base for Freecash and other projects. Responsibilities
  • Own & Optimize Core Channels: Take full ownership of our key marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets.
  • Run & Refine Processes: Build, implement, and run efficient marketing processes, from campaign planning and execution to a consistent framework for reporting and analysis.
  • Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, translate complex findings into actionable strategies, and communicate your recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with stakeholders from our Product and Creative teams to align on goals, test new initiatives, and ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Pioneer New Initiatives: Identify, test, and lead the launch of new marketing initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach to finding new growth levers.
