REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns acrossGoogle, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Proven experience leading a team (5-10 members) in a performance marketingenvironment, fostering collaboration, and ensuring knowledge-sharing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and optimizing for margin efficiency.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, creative optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Italian & English).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for performance marketing.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Performance Specialist to lead
and execute cross-platform performance campaigns. You will be responsible for
managing end-to-end paid media strategies across key platforms, including Google,
Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and leadership
experience in managing a team while optimizing campaigns for business outcomes. You
will be expected to confidently discuss technical implementations, provide strategic
guidance to clients, and deliver data-backed insights in external meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across multiple digitalchannels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own budget responsibility for accounts, including margin management,forecasting, and optimization to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring campaignsdeliver on KPIs.
  • Implement and optimize cross-platform campaigns with a deep understanding ofplatform algorithms and auction dynamics.
  • Utilize contextual and audience segmentation, creative testing, and automationstrategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies tomaintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide in-depth performance reporting, including actionable insights andrecommendations for scaling initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 specialists, fostering growth, knowledgesharing, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Communicate effectively in external client meetings, confidently discuss technicalimplementations, and provide data-driven insights into campaign performance.
