ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Performance Specialist to lead
and execute cross-platform performance campaigns. You will be responsible for
managing end-to-end paid media strategies across key platforms, including Google,
Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and leadership
experience in managing a team while optimizing campaigns for business outcomes. You
will be expected to confidently discuss technical implementations, provide strategic
guidance to clients, and deliver data-backed insights in external meetings.
