Description

Adree is in search of a Senior Performance Tester to bolster our Quality Assurance team. In this critical role, you will be tasked with formulating and implementing robust performance testing strategies, ensuring our applications can withstand heavy loads while maintaining optimal performance. You will work alongside developers and product managers to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and guarantee that our software solutions meet and exceed performance expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for various applications. Utilize leading performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to simulate high user load and analyze performance reports. Solid experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress,etc..) Evaluate performance test results, identify potential bottlenecks, and offer actionable recommendations for optimization. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand application architectures and design appropriate performance tests accordingly. Monitor and measure application performance metrics, including response time, resource utilization, and overall throughput. Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement of performance testing processes and practices within the organization. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years dedicated to performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Robust understanding of performance testing methodologies, metrics, and analysis. Proficient in scripting languages like Java or Python, along with experience using performance testing tools. Background in application profiling and monitoring tools is preferred. Adept at analyzing system architecture and identifying performance concerns. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and experience with distributed systems is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
