Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Senior Personal Banker in our Personal Banking Branch Network - this role is responsible for serving customers directly, having needs based conversations, including to manage them through the associated property purchasing journey (with a focus on The Home Buyers Journey). These roles may also provide support to more junior solutions and service staff, for more complex customer needs.
