SENIOR PERSONAL TRAINER — COMMON PURPOSE On Target Earnings: £35,000+/year (Base Salary: £27,000/year + Commission + Bonuses) Experience Required: 2–4 years, proven client results, and mentoring experience About Us Common Purpose is one of London’s leading personal training communities, known for delivering exceptional coaching supported by high standards in technical skill, communication, and client care. Our core service is a semi-private personal training model where members receive individualised programmes while coaches manage multiple clients on the gym floor. This ensures progression, quality, guidance, and an elevated training experience. As we expand with new sites across London, we are growing our coaching team and offering a clear development pathway through to Elite PT level and beyond. The Role Senior Personal Trainers lead by example. You will maintain a high-performing client list, mentor junior trainers, and contribute to internal projects and service improvements. This role is ideal for an experienced coach who wants to influence team culture and uphold high standards. Responsibilities Deliver consistently excellent coaching to existing members while growing your personal client list Mentor Apprentice and Personal Trainers and support their development Lead a service or business development project such as referral initiatives or onboarding improvements Support team culture, uphold CP standards, and contribute to internal education sessions Maintain strong performance metrics including client success and retention What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of PT experience with a strong track record Advanced coaching and communication skills Experience mentoring or developing other trainers Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset Motivation to progress into Elite PT or service leadership roles Compensation and Benefits On-Target Earnings: £35,000+ Base Salary: £27,000 GA Bonuses: Standard-tier client list bonuses Commission: Conversion bonuses CPD Fund: Up to £1,000 per year Project Leadership Recognition: Non-commission performance incentives
