QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be a graduate of a grooming school or have 3 or more years of PROFESSIONAL grooming experience
• Have at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Be proficient in all breed standard haircuts
• Be able to work a flexible schedule
• Be able to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
  LH Mercantile, LLC is a franchisee of Pet Supplies Plus that currently has 16 locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana. We provide curbside pickup, delivery/autoship services as well as self-service dog washes and full-service grooming salons. We offer an array of pet foods, supplies and accessories for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and small animals. However, we’re mostly proud of our knowledgeable team, who love pets and are eager to help pet parents.
  Pay: $20.00 / hour

• Perform grooming services to neighbors’ expectations and breed standards
• Ensure salon is following safety and company procedures
• Complete weekly paperwork and scheduling
• Balance time between management duties and some grooming appointments
• Staff salons according to needs
• Monitor and process payroll
• Provide support and recognition to salon team
• Providing a positive experience to all neighbor (clients)
