SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Currently hold or be eligible for general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital preferred
• Post graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy and/or education preferred or ability to demonstrate practice aligning with Grade 3 criteria for hospital pharmacists in Victoria
• Effective communication, interpersonal and supervision skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leading the direction, planning, provision, evaluation and continuous quality improvement of clinical supervision and education programs for pharmacy learners (students, interns, residents, registrars) at Grampians Health Pharmacy.
• Providing oversight to workforce development via competency assessment and credentialing programs for pharmacist and pharmacy technicians.
• Actively contributing to the senior clinical pharmacy leadership team to enhance team building, excellence and wellbeing across Grampians Health Pharmacy Services.
